The Brand
This campaign was crafted to deliver discovery and action in equal measure, sparking the curiosity of Gen Z and Millennials to experience Crunch Fitness firsthand.
Goals:
- Generate brand awareness among Gen Z and Millennials
- Drive traffic to landing pages for 3-day trials
- Produce high-performing, reusable UGC
- Leverage whitelisting to amplify winning content and audiences
Target Audience: Adults 18–34 living in hyper-local areas densely populated with Crunch Fitness clubs.
Our Strategy
We took a phased approach that combined micro-influencer authenticity with performance-driven scaling. The campaign ran in two waves:
- Phase 1: Focused on awareness and platform reach
- Phase 2: Optimized around traffic-driving formats and leads
Our performance marketing team used whitelisting to retarget top-viewers and build lookalike audiences around high-engaging content. By analyzing which creators and formats worked best in phase 1, we doubled down in phase 2 with the goal of moving our selected audience down the funnel.
